Daughter and Stepdaughter  

A mother had two daughters, her real daughter and a stepdaughter. The step daughter was pretty and kind, but the real daughter was ugly and mean.

One day the step daughter went into the garden to draw water from the well. As she looked down into the water, she saw two little man dancing and prancing. She picked two apples from the apple tree and threw them into the well.

     

Each of the men caught one apple and was very happy. 

"How can we reward you, pretty girl? " they called up.

But Stepdaughter would not even hear of any reward. She drew up the pail full of water and went back to the house. As soon as she stepped inside, Real daughter exclaimed: "Oh, what golden hair you have! Where did you get it? "

Stepdaughter told about the two men in the well. The stepmother told real daughter to hurry up and go to the well so she too would get golden hair.

The girl went and saw two little men. So real daughter picked up two stones and threw them down, not looking to see where they might fall.

The men shouted, "Hope you grow on owl`s tail on your forehead!"

But real daughter did not listen

and ran straight to the house. 

As soon as she opened the door,

her mother cried, "Your sister lied to you! 

You have an owl`s tail hanging from your forehead!"

The soil in the garden of your heart will grow the seeds you plant there. Be careful that you plant the seeds of trust and not those of fear, those of love and not those of resentment.

خاکی که در باغ قلبتان نهفته است قادر است دانه هایی را که در آن می کارید برویاند و آنها را پرورش دهد .مراقب باشید که در آن خاک ،تنها دانه های اعتماد و نه ترس و دلهره را بکارید .بجای بذر دلخوری و ناراحتی ،بذر عشق و محبت در آن بکارید و پرورش دهید.

One can never judge what is good or bad in a relationship, for even the loss or betrayal of a loved one can at times bring growth and awakening to the other.

هرگز یک نفر نمی تواند در مورد خوب یا بد بودن ارتباط قضاوت کند.حتی شکست و بی وفایی یک عاشق می تواند زمانی باعث رشد و بیداری آن شخص نسبت به دیگران شود.

All our scriptures tell us of the ancient and eternal law that Anger will never cease by more anger, hatred by more hatred. Only by love can hate and anger be healed.Do we remember this consciously in our relationships?More importantly, do we practice it?

 

تمام کتابهای آسمانی به ما این قانون قدیمی و جاودانی را گوشزد می کنند که :عصبانیت و خشم با افزایش خشم و نفرت هرگز از بین نمی رود .همچنین نفرت با بیزاری شدید کاسته نمی شود.تنها به کمک عشق و محبت است که می توان تنفر و خشم را التیام بخشید و به راحتی آن را از بین برد.آیا ما در روابط دوستانه با دیگران این نکته مهم را همیشه به خاطر داریم؟ از همه مهمتر اینکه آیا این پند را به کار می بندیم؟

LOVE

 

LoveThe story goes that some time ago, a man punished his 3-year-old daughter for wasting a roll of gold wrapping paper. Money was tight and he became infuriated when the child tried to decorate a box to put under the Christmas tree. Nevertheless, the little girl brought the gift to her father the next morning and said, "This is for you, Daddy."

عشق

مدتها پیش، مردی دختر سه ساله اش را به خاطر هدر دادن یک حلقه کاغذ کادویی زرین تنبیه کرد. از نظر پولی در مضیقه بودند و وقتی دخترک می خواست جعبه ای را آذین کند که زیر درخت کریسمس قرار دهد،پدر بسیار عصبانی شد. با این وجود، صبح روز بعد ،دخترک هدیه ای برای پدرش آورد وگفت: پدر این برای شماست.

داستان- window

Window

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour a day to drain the fluids from his lungs. His bed was next to the room’s only window. The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.

The men talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation. And every afternoon when the man in the bed next to the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.

پنجره

دو مرد ،که بیماری وخیمی داشتند،در یک اتاق بیمارستان بستری بودند.یکی از آنها اجازه داشت که حدود یک ساعت روی تختش بنشیند تا مایع را از ششهایش خارج کند.تختش کنار تنها پنجره اتاق بود.مرد دیگر مجبور بود تمام مدت به پشت دراز کشیده باشد.

دو مرد سرانجام ساعتها صحبت کردنند.آنها در مورد همسرشان و خانواده شان ،خانه کار و گرفتاری شان در نیروی ارتش ،جایی که مسافرت رفته بودند،صحبت کردند و هر بعداز ظهر وقتی مرد کنار پنجره میتوانست بنشیند، با وصف کردن آنچه ازپنجره میدید ،برای دوستش، وقتش را میگذراند.

خواهشی از خدا

A man was praying to god. 

مردی داشت دعا میکرد... 

He said, "God?" 

او گفت: خدایا 

God responded, "Yes?" 

خدا جواب داد: بله 

And the Guy said, "Can I ask a question?" 

و مرد پرسید: میتونم یه سوال بپرسم؟ 

"Go right ahead", God said. 

خدا جواب داد: بفرما 

"God, what is a million years to you?" 

خدایا،یک میلیون سال در نظرت چقدره؟ 

God said, "A million years to me is only a second." 

خدا گفت: یک میلیون سال در نظر من یک ثانیه هست. 

The man wondered. 

مرد شگفت زده شد. 

Then he asked, "God, what is a million dollars worth to you?" 

بعد پرسید: خدایا یک میلیون دلار در نظرت چقدره؟ 

God said, "A million dollars to me is a penny." 

خدا جواب داد: یک میلیون دلار به نظرم یک پنی* است. 

So the man said, "God can I have a penny?" 

پس مرد گفت: خدایا ، آیا میتونم یک پنی داشته باشم؟ 

And God cheerfully said, 

و خدا با خوشروئی گفت، 

"Sure!...... .just wait a second." 

حتما!.....فقط یک ثانیه صبر کن.
